Conrad Dunn is a strong believer in the positive effect that music can have in shaping and molding the minds of youth. His music career started at four years old when he attended a concert by the French violinist Zino Francescatti. That performance and the experience of meeting him backstage inspired him to begin studying the violin.
He began his teaching career as a private string instructor (violin, viola & cello) as well as an assistant in the public schools, at the age of 15. Since then he has continued working in the music education field in various capacities, and he has 40+ years of teaching experience.
Mr Dunn has taught and worked with every age level in the public and private school systems, from supervising string programs on a district level to string clinician on a national level.
